This class focuses on building strength using only body weight. While yoga is often associated with flexibility, it’s also excellent for developing holistic strength across the body. In addition to physical strength, this class is designed to support mental resilience, helping to build confidence in your own abilities over time.
This class is suitable for a broad range of participants; however, you should be comfortable moving down to and up from the floor, kneeling, and placing weight on your wrists. Remember, yoga should be practiced with steadiness and ease. If something hurts or feels uncomfortable, please skip it.
