Join me for a calming Yoga for Awareness class designed to help you reconnect with your body and focus your mind. We’ll start with tension-releasing techniques using a tennis ball (or alternatives) to massage the back, feet, face, neck, and legs, bringing awareness to these areas. Then, we’ll flow through gentle asana sequences, moving with the breath to create a moving meditation. Rediscover your focus and strengthen your awareness with consistent practice.

This class is suitable for a broad range of participants; however, you should be comfortable moving down to and up from the floor, kneeling, and placing weight on your wrists. Remember, yoga should be practiced with steadiness and ease. If something hurts or feels uncomfortable, please skip it. You will need:
• Comfortable Clothing
• A Yoga Mat or Area of Carpeted Floor
• Something to Sit On (Bolster, Cushion, Block, or Chair)
• A tennis ball (modifications are given if you don’t have one)
