This form of coaching aims to guide you toward achieving a balanced and fulfilling life by addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. What we perceive as isolated issues are intricately connected to our overall well-being. In yoga life coaching sessions, we approach your concerns holistically, considering body, breath, mind, behavior, relationships, and lifestyle. Yogic life coaching is a personalised and supportive process that empowers you to a lead healthier, more balanced, and purposeful life by integrating the wisdom of yoga into everyday living.

I have personally experienced the transformative power of therapeutic yoga. Initially seeking relief from chronic pain through postural yoga, I discovered its broader benefits. While I still manage pain, yoga has enriched my life in unexpected ways, addressing needs I didn’t even recognise. How does it work?
These therapeutic sessions are not simply follow-along; genuine exploration requires your wholehearted curiosity, engagement and open-mindedness. Each individual’s journey is unique and my aim is to provide guidance and motivation for you to be able to cultivate your own well-being. Yogic life coaching extends beyond our sessions, offering tools for ongoing self-care and growth. I’ll guide you towards various practices and hold space while you discover what resonates with you. Additionally, I will help you integrate these practices into your daily life.
Because everyone is unique, the approach will vary for each individual. This includes the number of sessions, session length, and whether they are conducted in-person or online. In-person sessions can be held at your home, or we can arrange a suitable space for an additional fee. Alternatively, sessions can be conducted outdoors, weather permitting.
We will always work holistically, with a focus on postural practices, breathwork, meditation, or lifestyle changes tailored to your needs. The structure and content will be centered around you and will evolve to fit your lifestyle.
I offer a free initial 30-minute consultation via video or voice call to discuss your concerns and determine if we are a good fit. If you decide to proceed, our initial session will be 1.5 hours, during which we will delve deeper into your concerns and outline a rough plan for future sessions. Subsequent sessions can be arranged to suit your goals, conducted either in-person, online, or a combination of both.
In-person and online sessions are priced at £20 per half hour. In-person sessions have a minimum duration of 1 hour, while online sessions have a minimum duration of half an hour.
