This class is all about cultivating balance—both physically and mentally. Through focus and stabilisation practices, you’ll strengthen your body, improve your stability, and enhance your ability to focus your attention.
This class is suitable for a broad range of participants; however, you should be comfortable moving down to and up from the floor, kneeling, and placing weight on your wrists. Remember, yoga should be practiced with steadiness and ease. If something hurts or feels uncomfortable, please skip it. • A Belt (Can be a Dressing Gown Belt or Similar)
• Something to Sit On (Bolster, Cushion, Block, or Chair)
